Minimum wall thickness design requirements for col

In the model, if the length of a feature of a convex part exceeds 2 times the width, it is called a column (the feature with a length less than 2 times the width is called a convex detail). The support column with both ends connected to the thin wall is called as follows:

The column with only one end connected to the thin wall is called non supported column, as shown in the following figure:

The processes such as support removal, grinding and sand blasting determine the minimum wall thickness requirements for columns made of different materials. The minimum wall thickness requirements for columns are as follows:
